Philosophy of art:

The main native feature of his art is the relationship with pictorial culture, ripened from the 60-s years in the time of the illicit Leningrad Organization of the Artists Union.

Personality:
Arthur is a person who fills every space where he is. Energy-wise. He is in constant search, doing several things simultaneously, running through the life and the World, proudly looking afar, picking up odd impressions as ideas for the future set of meanings.
He creates always, having several decisions at once. He is sure and can’t comprehend how one can’t see and hear that. That is why there are no semitones as well as no half-truth. He is open and leaves his trace everywhere from the Vasilijevsky island to the USA.
May it be a childish manner of protecting subtle and vulnerable soul? Could that be a masculine epatage that conceals intimate diary of impressions in neo-expressionistic style? A style that is not for everyone.
He loves Beauty. He is infatuated. And he is kind. He loves his native city, and it looks like as we’ve just seen each other at “Saigon” in the end of eighties… Amsterdam with its eternal youth and freedom is also close to him, but one begin to doubt about that, and peering into the Jerusalem cycle one peers into his soul …
